Selection of Gravies:

Classic Brown

Gravy Shacks signature gravy. Classic Brown is derived and extracted from slow cooked brisket. Mixed with a special blend of seasoning this gravy can be ladled on just about anything.

Balsamic Delight

A delicious blend of beef broth and balsamic vinegar used to soak our organic roasts.  Once the marinating process is complete the marinate is separated from the beef and placed in a sauce pan. To ensure extra beef flavour the beef is also juiced. The gravy is then simmered for 4 hrs allowing it to thicken to a beautifully rich golden brown delight. An excellent addition to any roast beef sandwich.

Sow Deluxe

After roasting a honey glazed ham for several hours the juices are thickened and seasoned. The result is this delectable sow based gravy which is an excellent compliment to any breakfast.
